Every pet is unique — and so is every needle felted portrait I create. I hand-felt each piece from wool to capture your pet's personality and likeness. Here's how the ordering process works from start to finish in detail.
How to Order?
Step-by-Step Ordering Process
1. Just email me three things:
- Photos of your pet
- Their name
- Your shipping address

2. Photo Requirements
The photos/videos are the essence. They’re what I work from to capture your pet’s personality.
The best photos are:
- Good lighting (natural light is ideal)
- Clear shots of your pet’s face from the front and side
- Close-ups of any distinctive markings or features
- In-focus images where your pet isn’t too far away
- Please avoid heavy filters
Send as many as you’d like—Google Photos albums work great too if that’s easier.
3. Consultation & Confirmation
Once I get your photos, I'll review them and follow up to discuss:
- Any specific requests you have in mind (frame color, background, accessories)
- Pricing and timeline based on the complexity
Take a peek at the pricing page for baseline rates. Most customers just pay directly through the website. Shipping fee is already included.
If you need something custom (like a larger portrait size, for example), I’ll send you a Stripe payment link via email instead. We’ll lock in the final price once we’ve chatted through the details.
4. Creation Process
Here's where your pet comes to life in wool. I work entirely by hand, building up layers of fiber with needle felting to sculpt every detail—capturing that spark in their eyes and the unique tilt of their ears. Each piece is made slowly from start to finish with no shortcuts.
5. Review & Delivery
Once your portrait is ready, I'll send you photos to look over. If anything needs a small tweak, just say the word. After you give me the thumbs up, I'll carefully package your piece and ship it out, making sure it arrives at your door safe and sound.
